RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Educational Courses & Program Tuition

Tuition Refunds: Tuition refund eligibility for educational programs, online courses, and workshops is governed by state educational regulations administered by the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Division of Private Occupational Schools.

Drop Period: Full or partial refunds for course cancellations are calculated based on the official drop date relative to the course start date. To request a course withdrawal or refund, students must submit a written request to info@clinicalherbalism.com or support@clinicalherbalism.com.

Physical Merchandise & Learning Materials
Return Window: Physical products, books, or merchandise purchased through our online store may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
