PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Tuition Payment Plans & Recurring Subscriptions

Payment Plans: If you enroll in a course or program utilizing an automated monthly tuition payment plan or subscription billing option, you authorize Wild Woman Management Inc. d/b/a CSCH to charge your stored payment method on the scheduled due dates.

Canceling Auto-Renewal / Subscriptions: You may request to cancel or adjust an upcoming automated payment plan by contacting our administration team at support@clinicalherbalism.com or (720) 406-8609 at least 5 business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Withdrawal Obligations: Canceling a recurring payment authorization does not automatically discharge contractual tuition obligations for active course enrollments, which remain subject to our official school withdrawal and refund schedules.
